Framing Table

FARMING TABLE FOR WALL AND FLOOR PANELS ASSEMBLY 

The framing table is designed for the in-house assembly of wall and floor panels. The use of the table allows for optimal time efficiency and precision in structural assembly. Realistically, the lead time on construction projects does not so much depend on the profile roll forming component as on the speed of onsite assembly of the building structure.

In this respect the Framing tables are an essential tool, saving time and expense. In-house pre-assembly of wall panels considerably reduces the “human error” factor during onsite assembly – as there are many individual metal profile units that can look the same.

Minimum table size: 12' x 10' up to maximum size  48'x 48'( all tables build per customer requirements)

The table includes:

Wall evacuation on automatic chain systems.

Mounted 8’’ Side Bars fixed on a mobile and fixed table. 

Sets of rails screwed to the floor.

Rolling free swivel doors
