Machine for manufacturing track profile and structural studs

Stud and Track profile produced by this machine is ideal for the construction of commercial and residential properties. The machine can be modified to roll metal up to 3.5mm. It is equipped with a motorized decoiler, control panel(AMS or Beck) and  printer (VideoJet 1520 or Rea-Jet). The printer can be integrated with the machine control unit via a cross-platform Eclipse Standard. Order entry is adapted to any design software.  Manufacturing changes such as size and type of the profile are easily made by turning a handle. This operation takes a few seconds.

CR-1218 is for use in-house only. It produces profile for walls, floors and roofing trusses in both residential and commercial structures with attic space and up to 4 storeys high. It is also ideal for the production of commercial buildings with higher structural load requirements. The higher load rating is achieved by using heavier profile of up to 3.5 mm
