Royal Systems offer a few variations of roll-forming machines for the production of LSF (Light Steel Framing). The modular units allow for the implementation of up to 6 machines within a single production system. Below you will find a list of the machines and their specifications.
KS-1622S and KS-1420G are designed for use in-house or right on the construction site. They produce a metal profile for the assembly of walls, floors and roofing trusses in both residential and commercial structures with attic space, from 1 to 4 storeys high.
CR-1218Pro is for use in-house only. It produces profile for walls, floors and roofing trusses in both residential and commercial structures with attic space and up to 4 storeys high. It is also ideal for the production of commercial buildings with higher structural load requirements. The higher load rating is achieved by using the heavier profile of up to 3.5 mm.
The machine produces “U” and “C” shaped stud and track metal profile into 6 component widths and 3 heights. Production covers the entire range of profiles that are used in the construction of load-bearing structures of buildings for up to 4 floors. When expanding production the KS-1420 can be integrated into one system with other similar machines, allowing customers to increase production volume.
The KS-1622 manufactures “U” and “C” shaped profiles for metal at a speed of 18.3 m/min. to 22.8 m/min. depending on the thickness of rolled metal and punched holes in the profile. The production equipment can cover the entire range of profiles that are used in the construction of load-bearing structures of buildings for up to 3 floors.
KS-35 – cassette-type machine for the production of various types of expenditure profiles: the connection “U”, “hat” profile and corners. A removable cassette is installed on the base (bottom unit) of the machine. Each cassette allows for the production of one type of profile. Corners are made by slitting “U” or “C” profile. To change over a cassette a forklift or beam crane can be used.
Stud and Track profile produced by this machine is ideal for the construction of commercial and residential properties. The machine can be modified to roll metal up to 3.5mm.
