Rollformer for manufacturing structural stud and track profile

The machine produces “U” and “C” shaped stud and track metal profile into 6 component widths and 3 heights. Production covers the entire range of profiles that are used in the construction of load-bearing structures of buildings for up to 4 floors. When expanding production the KS-1420 can be integrated into one system with other similar machines, allowing customers to increase production volume. Options include the Rea-Jet printer,  integrated with the machine control unit via a cross-platform Eclipse Standard. Manufacturing changes such as size and type of profile take about 20 minutes to make.

KS-1420 is designed for use in-house or right on the construction site. KS-1420  produce a metal profile for the assembly of walls, floors and roofing trusses in both residential and commercial structures with attic space, from 1 to 4 storeys high.
