Coil Inventory Tracking o Enter coils into Connex and view inventory by Material o Provides real-time data for Required (for Jobs currently in Connex), In Stock (All Coils consisting of that Material), and Remaining footage (footages left after required footage is running) as jobs are completed
- Coil Validation o Coils selected at the SII are validated in Connex to confirm Material matches job requirements

Create cut-lists for trim components for programming jobs to run on your slit/cut-to-length lines
o Ghost Controllers
- The operator can access Connex for job/production
- After manually programming the controller based on this production, they can record completed production (tracking good and scrap usage) for machines without Beck Controllers
- Reports can then run for these machines
o ERP Interface Communications (translator) to import directly into Connex
